Victorias secret products are great, but this store is an awful representation of the standards they are trying to uphold. The customer service is terrible here! Nothing is ever organized here! Sizes are always mixed together and it's a mess when there is a sale. Today in particular I went to the store and was treated very poorly by an associate who is obviously very unhappy with her position and takes it out on the customer. Management needs to be aware of the reputation that this store is giving off by hiring people who do not care about the customer. It's very dissapointing.
I love Victoria Secrets products but my experience at this particular location wasn't the best. The associates seemed more interested in their conversations on the headset and weren't helpful. I was in the store front and back shopping for 25 minutes and no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I came in to look through the clearance and founded something I like and went to the cash wrap to pay for it. No cashier was present. I waited for 5 minutes until an associate came in. She knew I was waiting because she stopped to talk to another customer and it seemed like they knew each other. Once she went behind the cash wrap she asked if anyone helped me and I said no. No apologies, nothing. An apology would have sufficed but I just got a 'oh...' then she proceeded to have a conversation on the headset non work related without focusing on ringing my things up. Just terrible customer service and didn't even try to make up for no one helping me. Since there are two other Victoria secrets in the area, let's just say I'm not coming back to this one.
Sales associates are always extremely helpful!! And they always seem to have my size ☺
