Simple Review. Good food but rude employees. Used to come here often but now I wont anymore. I consciously decided to leave, after having decided to get food, simply because how they treated me. It just goes to show how one bad treatment of a customer by one employee can cancel a return customer forever/lost profits. Companies need to learn to put customer service and polite behavior first.
I'd take a bullet for the bubble tea. Its so good and tastes so fresh! I can't ever resist getting one whenever I come to southridge.
