After the other 76th St location took poor care of me. Kayla, at this store was the "Best", Best Buy Mobile person I have ever worked with! Because of her, & Terrence of course. This is now my #1 location! Keep up the Great Customer Service!

I came in to browse near closing but the employee was still very friendly and showed me all the best deals on phones and service. I liked one of the phones and switched service. They helped me out well past closing and still took their time switching me over from my old company. They had some good deals on clearance accessories as well and I got a $3 phone case..
