Had a problem with phone and service received. Somehow someone else is receiving my text messages. Did they fraudulently sell the phone I returned? I tried calling their corporate HQ telephone number and it was disconnected. This should tell you all you need to know.
By far the worst customer service I have ever expierenced. Manager was extremely rude. Every time I came in the worker gave me problems. I Changed my sprint location and I don't have any issues with making a simple payment. :)

Do Not Join Sprint!! I switched over from another company and that was my 1st mistake. Bill isn't what i was told. Internet doesn't work outside my home Wi-Fi and im suppose to have unlimited. Info in the computer system STILL isnt correct so i cant get any help from these people without a security number that i never received or set up. Nothing but DRAMA with Sprint. Run the other way!
Service is so terrible. Tried paying my phone bill but the managers was too busy trying to talk to little girls. Avoid this location by any means. They don't care about customer satisfaction at all, this goes for the workers and manager.
