Definitely some of best customer service here! Play area for kids is a great feature. The food was great. The nice employee came to our table several times to check how everything was and offered drink refills. She brought my son some free ice cream. Probably better service here then most full service restaurant. They don't even work for tips which even made it more genuine.
Got here at 5:40 PM to make gingerbread cookies and participate in all the events only to be told that they were all out of that only the cookies but they were also not doing any more drawings the picture is of my son before we find out all of that was going on and spoke to the manager and wasn't expecting anything but nothing was done other than sorry. As a business owner myself if somebody traveled more than 30 minutes just to participate in activities and were told that we ran out of supplies or we're not doing that to me these anymore I would've compensated them myself as a business owner so therefore not very satisfied at all always had a good experience with the workers there always a pleasant time but we are no longer going to go to this Chick-fil-A ourselves.
The usual CfA service, which is to say prompt, polite, and clean-cut. The restaurant space is clean and well-stocked too. The food is above average for fast food to where I don't walk away feeling gross or guilty for having eaten there. Lemonade is delicious and the coffee is quite acceptable, better than Starbucks to me, but not to the level of local roasters like Colectivo. All in, your best option for a quick bite in the Southridge area.
I would give them 10 stars if it were possible. The service is impeccable and this is just a fast food restaurant. Staff is insanely polite. Food is incredible.
We love chick fil a.. We rather go here then mca.donalds or any other place.. Taste great.. I love their chi ken biggest and their cgocolate shakes.. Yum..
